Putting Your Flute Together
When you open up your case, you will see three split up sections. The first part is the bottom right, and will look like a pipe with a piece of metal on it. It will have a hole, and this piece is called the headjoint. That piece will be the first part on your flute and will be connected to the longest piece in your case, which is behind the headjoint. After you have connected those two together, the last piece, the foot, will connect to the longest piece. Once you have put it together, you next need to put the metal piece that sticks out up to the space between your mouth and your chin. You should make sure that the hole is not touching your mouth.
